Adult Discipleship Coordinator

I joined SPX as both a staff member and parishioner in July 2019. Previously I worked at St. John the Evangelist in Severna Park, as well as an environmental and nuclear policy analyst for government clients like EPA and NRC. I come from a small family (just one brother) and am single, but have many friends who I consider family. I currently serve as the Adult Discipleship Coordinator, which means I oversee Small Groups and Becoming Catholic. I also review Fr. Mike’s message and provide a video reflection for our Mid-Week Moments. One of goals is to ask good questions, so one of my favorite things to hear is - wow that really made me think. Because I also enjoy organizing things, you might also see me on Sunday mornings helping with the ticket reservation system and check-in for mass or at drive-up communion. I’m love snacking on dark chocolate covered pretzels and chocolate chip cookie dough and I hope to one day drive cross country to see the National Parks one day!
