Jen Buter

Jen has been a member of St. Pius since she was 10 years old and loves that her son is the 4th generation to be part of SPX.  She loves being a Mom and also an Aunt to her 2 nieces and 1 nephew. Those are the two best titles in the world! Jen is an AVID baseball fan and loves the Boston Red Sox.  She currently serves as our Kids and Students Coordinator, or as Jen likes to say “I teach tiny humans about Jesus!”  Her most favorite part of what she does is watching the kids receive their First Reconciliation. Watching them go into the room with hesitation and come out with those huge smiles makes her heart so happy! Knowing that in that moment they start to really understand what Jesus has done for them is where she feels she is making a difference in their lives.  Jen is a part of Music Ministry, Warm Nights, and Families Helping Families.  Outside of SPX  she is a longtime coach (volleyball and softball), a swim instructor for just about 20 years and also has decades long experience as a program coordinator/advertising.  She loves to snack on cucumbers and ranch dip and dreams of going to Reykjavik, Iceland one day
