Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington
During the pandemic, bilingual health care professionals are available to discuss your medical concerns. Call our hotline at 202-321-2816.
All patients are screened with health-related questions by phone. Appointments for urgent care or ongoing chronic care will be scheduled for telehealth or office visits. We are not accepting walk-ins.
Catholic Charites Center clinic hours in Silver Spring, Md., are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Spanish Catholic Center clinic hours in Northwest Washington are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Post-surgical appointments are available on Tuesdays.

Medical Assistance
MedStar eVisit waives fees to talk with a primary care doctor online: “To manage the threat of COVID-19 and as a service to our community, we are temporarily waiving the fee for our MedStar eVisit service. Please note, if you are a first-time MedStar eVisit user you will be asked to enter your insurance information when you register. Clinical care at Anchor on Lawrence Street NE for behavioral health services is ongoing and community based. Telehealth counseling and psychiatric care appointments are available. Current clients may continue to receive medication by appointment by calling 202-635-5953.
ChAMPS continues to provide emergency response to children in psychiatric crisis 24 hours, 7 days a week. To access this service, call 202-481-1440.
